What we sell

Tidewater Repair & Consulting, LLC (“TRaC,” “we,” or “us”) sells downloadable educational PDF field manuals. Prices and the product description shown at checkout apply to that order. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payment is processed by Stripe.

After Stripe confirms payment, the download links appear on the order confirmation page. Links expire after 14 days. Save the files after downloading. If a link or file does not work, email info@tidewaterrepair.com and we will help restore access.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing us with the order email and product name. We will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Educational information—not professional services

The manuals provide general educational information based on field experience. They are not legal advice, engineering or architectural services, construction services, an official code interpretation, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or the local authority having jurisdiction.

Codes, procedures, site conditions, and local requirements change. Verify current requirements with the responsible authority and engage appropriately licensed professionals when the project requires them. Buying or using a manual does not create a consulting, contractor, design, engineering, or representative relationship with TRaC.

We do not promise permit approval, a passed inspection, a particular project result, or that information will apply to every property or jurisdiction.

Your use of the files

After purchase, you may download and use the manual for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or remove notices from the files without our written permission.
